Forget-Us-Not Benefit Concert

Mission Statement: To improve the lives of foster children in America, who often find themselves forgotten and neglected by the public.

Objective: Spread awareness of Together We Rise’s charitable cause by helping recruit talent and raising money through ticket sales and donations.

Specific Activities: This will be a 5 step process which will help recruit talent as well as spread awareness of Together We Rise and their efforts to transform the foster system.

Step 1: Provide the necessary tools that will aid team members with talent recruitment and inform talents of the cause.
Step 2: Empower other team members through positive reinforcement and team building exercises.
Step 3: Market and advertise the concert and its talents on various platforms

Step 4: Plan a monthly flyer distribution schedule  

Step 5: Sell tickets and encourage donations

Tools to use: The tools which I hope you use in order to help spread the cause is the following:

Social media, Printed media, Partnerships with other organizations on campus i,e, fraternities, clubs school paper, golden eagle radio as well as any other media sources which may be applicable.
